Notes
Following an early 5 mile / Brisk Walk & Run in the Forest I went for my usual run to add a few running miles. I felt better today in my head but very sad about my Muffy. So, I had this urgency to run more and get it our of my system. No garmin today but I know this route in the back of my hand. I checked the clock as I was leaving home and did the 4 in 37 minutes exactly. I knew I was running much fastest than my recent runs but with less effort. This is what I call an easy run or an effortless run. I felt good and increased speed intentionally for last mile as the rain came on and I was not prepared. I felt good and finished strong and feeling emotionally so much better. It is more important than ever that I am able to run at this point in my life. And I DO! Thank you God for allowing still to be on the move. I am forever grateful!!!!!!!
