My fingertips were completely frozen all the way. It was pure agony. Usually it is this way in the beginning of a run and then gets better but today it was pretty nasty on the hills so I did not have a chance to feel warm. I felt cold for most of the run but loosened up a bit for 2 to 3 last miles. Overall this was an enjoyable run despite the frozen fingers which were extremely painful on the finish of the run. I do not like rushing my runs and I feel this was not the only downside with this one. I did more than expected in distance terms so I am delighted with the outcome.
