Right leg still holds. Back feels strong but I had shooting pains from lower part outer side of the right leg upwards to the hamstring and glutes at 7th point mile. It felt tight around soleus area for first 3 miles and occasionally had niggling numbing sensations (I hate this feeling as one loses completely physical sense of the leg). Hopefully tomorrow the Chiro Session will release the pressure on the nerve.

Otherwise I felt strong and in terms of effort my run was easy and smooth. Breathing was also good and rhythmical and overall I did enjoy, in a way this run. I needed it so much. I do miss running every day but I have to sacrifice this desire up and until I recover from my problems. I need at least 2 to 3 days break in between runs for legs to respond. Speed is also a killer. I am now looking forward to the painful relief of tomorrow's trigger point workout.
