19 years ago today I was giving birth to my Evgenia and today I am still running or rather labouring on the run instead of giving birth. Today's run was tough. One of these days! If I had closed my eyes and dismiss all running memories I would have thought that this was my first run ever. Nothing, I felt was moving, all felt heavy and rusty. Body was rigid and every step counted for a mile. I was thinking to myself if an Ultra marathoner happens to have this experience on the day how do you deal with that? It was a tough run all along but I did it.
Weather was pretty warm and all around was beautiful in it's own right. We had some amazing days . . . . . . . .it almost felt like the real summer.
Today is Evgenia's 19th birthday and we all had plenty of chocolate cake and ice cream.
