A Christmas Run with Frankie.
I started by myself and soon Franc caught up with me sneaking behind without me knowing. But having eyes on the back of my head I soon knew on approach that Franc was running behind me. It is so 'funny' how one feels these things. Even listening to my music loud I turned my head as almost if I had heard his footsteps. I knew he was behind me.
We run well together and I did increase the pace and run pretty hard on the hill for last couple of miles.
It is Christmas, A Day for Love and reflection and on that note I Thank God for giving me the opportunity to run again. I had not expected that I would run today. Lower back has probs and so do the bunions. It has been an unexpected ordeal of the physical body over the last 3 weeks. I am still running and fighting the odds.
Things will get better I just have to believe this.
Today's run brought with it positive vibes and messages in my mind, body and soul. SK is taking me there. Cannot do it without him.
So, it is a Merry Christmas in Love & Happiness.
