CS was with me again today badly for first 2 miles. My pace approx. 10 min per mile as legs had to submit. Tightness and heavy feelings on both legs made the stride heavy and grounded if this makes any sense. Feeling gravity when running it is not a nice feeling. It is exactly the opposite to flying in the air. However, I managed to at some point to balance this and kept going in a faster and more relaxed pace up hill and the rest of 2.5 miles. So, it was good after all that I put everything behind and got on with the run. I run late in the dusk as this was a very long day for me. Now with my new work commitments and travelling there are not enough hours in the day to do all that needs to be done. But the lighter evenings will help to put some training and maintain the workouts. I am very excited today as I have managed to find out a track for my speedy workouts. So, with Coach's help I will fly even higher now using those wings. It is good news indeed and I am looking forward to do some serious workouts there.
