My first Medium pace run and 6 miles in weeks. Today I felt I was running again from the inside. Two things:- First is that I felt my fitness has not gone but is coming bakc. Cardiovascular was strong and I was not gasping for breath during last mile (8:30 pace per mile). I also felt that the problem is still there with the right leg / lower part. The tendon was slightly sensitive and CS was also there but in a mild form. Overall I cannot complain and I am delighted with the result. Now as per coach's advice I have to gradually increase the miles but not the frequency. So, work towards the goal nice and slowly and shall take a week at a time.
