A very easy run after having had treatment for my back by Sports Therapist. Long/frequent driving over the last week has caused a few probs but not serious enough to stop me from running. The treatment helped me a lot and I am back with no problems. I run well but being away from my schedule routine took it easy. My training will re-start next week. Planning to do an easy long run this weekend instead and start from Monday again fresh.
