Notes

A beautiful breezy day for running. My plan was to do a 10 miler easy but also just go with the flow. This is one of my favourite courses around springholm called "The BRUNO course" as it is dedicated to my lovely past four legged Running Partner whom I run the Half Marathon with 5 yrs ago to raise money for the Guide Dogs for the Blind. I do miss Bruno but it is so nice to have positive memories running with him. I have not known any Dog Loving Running so much.

However, back to running I am delighted with the results. My leg still holds though and CS was present for first 2 miles. Then as I got warmer it became more free style running with body enjoying the casual rhythmical movement. I feel so beautifully light when this happens. I have not felt as light for years. At some point SK came to me for about 2 miles and I was running in sequence of movement without thinking and with body completley moving as dancing under the sun and the breez. WHAT A BEAUTIFUL FEELING. It is then that the soul raises over and above the body and becomes the master with harmonical movement of the body. HARMONY in Running means Everything to me. Then Running becomes Meditation and I can empty and release.

Running it does not come easy no matter how worth while it is. For me now it feels as I am working putting a lot more effort to these runs that I used to. But I would not take anything away from it no matter what.

BOSTON is on the Agenda and that is it. "H TAN H EPI TAS" as my old ancestors (SPARTANS) used to say some 2500 years ago.
