Suffering from tough breathing and recovering from yesterday's fall! One thing we learn as we are growing younger in running is that the stride varies which combined with gravity can get you off your feet in no time. It didn't take long for me to lose my footing on a small curb! This would have never happened before but not now. Eyes on the ground and feet off the ground! Faster is safer if one can do this!! Jogging does not do me any favors! I landed on my both wrists and lucky to escape a harmful long-term injury.

My Valentines Run is done and happy despite all aches and pains! -:)
