A 7 mile run in a day mostly needed. Running is my Healing Drug and no other. I made a great decision not to use any stupid prescriptions by Drs. At times they base their treatement on hypothesis and possibilities which is really risky. I am refusing to be the Guinea Pig. So, NO clear diagnosis NO drug treatment. Running and more running.
I had a crazy run today but felt sane in my insanity if this makes any sense. Now My Frankie will say to me!!! Are you Crazy my MB? Yes I am crazy for running!! THAT'S IT. I shall heal pain with pain as far as the physical body in concerned. The Mind & Soul, always, remains superior to the Body. Countdown time in this run in terms of speed. It is amazing how it happened as I never planned it to be this way. These type of runs tend to be the best of all.
Today it was one of the most beautiful days here. Cold but sunny and crispy up on the Shawhead Hills. I felt near SK and God and I fought my hardest many physical torments and numbing sensations. However, I run with my soul. I felt at the end I wanted to race against me as crazy as it sounds this was a cleansing necessary process for me. And I Did it to someone's excitement!!!!!!!! with a 6:47 my last mile.
So, my day has been a lot better than expected. I feel great. THANK YOU GOD!! Could have not done this without you.
