Notes

For first 3 miles was tough going. Both legs heavy, tight and very fragile on the outer side of tibia. I had to keep going so to test the grounds. It was good news in the end. Problems eased down a bit and I was able to run in discomfort but with no pain. It was encouraging and so I managed to go easy and finish an 8 miler.

The scenery was beautiful again with grounds been pure white with snow. I wore too much fearing of the worse with freezing weather. Half way in my run I had to start taking layers off as I was too warm to carry on. I even took my gloves off and then felt a lot better. There is no worse scenario than feeling too warm when running. So, I had to stop and lighten a bit and ended up carrying my cloths back to the car. My last mile felt very comfortable which was a surprise considering how I had started. One wouldn't believe the pain to start with. But it is all good news after all as I have managed to raise up the miles a bit. Verruca still hurts at times pending on the angle the feet are landing on the ground. I need to make sure that I treat and cure that 'evil'. The pain is hot burning sensations that one cannot tolerate. It is the last thing I need so I have to ensure that it is away from me before the Marathon.
