Notes

This was an interesting run and a new route just planned at the very last minute and during running. Just went with the flow after having a Physio/Sports Therapy Session earlier on this day. Felt good and kept a nice/comfortable steady pace up-hill during first 5 miles. From 3rd to 5th mile had to deal with strong head on winds and experienced slightly tightness on left leg around the knee area but this gradually disappeared and was allowed again to focus on the pace which became slightly faster thereafter. Finished feeling good and did a 30 min warm down (Stretching and Yoga). Did not feel as if I had run that far and was pleasantly surprised with how body coped. Breathing was also good as did not require much effort. Overall this was an easy long enjoyable run.
