Notes

An enjoyable run with hill repeats. It has been a while since I have done any hilly workouts. I felt strong. Hills is my thing. When I started running I felt tired and my legs heavy. When I hit the hill I felt good and legs liked it. This was not planned workout but improvised on the move and it turned out o.k. Listen to the body and run with it. -:) I do love hills.
