Good weather again excellecnt for running. I did 6 miles easy. This run could have been better. I had, at most times, niggling of the tendon in lower part of right leg and some CS complaints on the same leg now and then. I did not experience pain but great discomfort just enough to make me aware that things are not right. Today did not ease at all. It was with me all the way. My Garmin (or should I say Frankie's Garmin) let me down. It recorded time and other while running but did not upload on the computer. So, I am with technology problems again and very frustrated as I have allowed myseld to rely on that thing. So, I guess back to the old fashioned ways till is fixed. Anyway, this was a tough run but worth while as always. I shall take a break tomorrow agian and watch and listen to the body in the days to come.
