Notes
My first run again with Franc here in the wet Scotland. I took Franc round the town twice (my usual route during the dark evenings). I was tired but managed to do the work especially during the second half of the run. I worked hard up-hill and used all my energy. Franc was tired due to the long flight and lack of sleep. He also struggled with some probs with his left leg (Achilles and kept a slightly slower pace. It was windy and wet again. I worked fast to the end of the run back home. Tomorrow I shall take it easy and maybe put a long run on Monday as I will take a good rest to then. It is a lot going on at the moment and I do need to keep running up as much as I can as it is a release and allows me to relax so much.
