Notes

A tough workout in the water. One mile swim with drills for legs using feet only and no arms to complete several pool lengths. I alternated Front Crawl and Back Stroke. Felt light in the water and much faster. Swimming tonight somehow felt so much easier with less effort better results. I cannot believe I did my first mile without pain on the arms. The tendinitis issue seems to have subsided now. I will be finding out tomorrow. Neck was slightly stiff but one cannot have it all. At least I can get my frustrations out for not running in the water. Better than nothing. It will help my Cardiovascular and also the core of the body.

So, Mondays' swim remains important in the training along with the morning 40 min stretching. These will keep me going for a while and hopefully with the better weather soon things will look up. Need remain positive on this one.
