Today's run was not good or bad just average. Right leg holds and still problematic. So, I need to take care in what I do and how I run.
Another tiring day anyway up from 4:30 am hours back home at 10 pm hours. Body feesl defeated although exercise (Swimming & Running) has allowed me to relax in a way. I am physically done and over with. I NEED A GOOD REST this weekend.
