Up at 2 am and back to sleep around 5:30 pm. The mind / brain got busy with work matters. So, I was up like an awl having cups of tea. Not the best for the following day.

I felt physically and mentally tired today and two coffees kept me going.

My run was actually better than had expected. I kept moving at an easy pace and smooth motion. I got lucky. 4 miles is more than would have aimed for.

It feels soooooooooooo good for the soul been able to run even when the body is tired. I felt alive again. Hopefully tonight I will get a good night's sleep.
