First good long run since back from Greece. Run well but felt extremely tired for the first 3 miles with both lower legs feeling tight and fatigued. It became easier after the 4th mile. Reasons for tiredeness and tiredeness the long travel back home and also very cold/freezing weather here in Scotland. Needed a good warm up from now on. Felt great after 5th mile and run extremely well last two miles with strong fast pace. Overall this was a tough but worth while first 10 mile run since June 2006. So, I am pleased with it and looking forward to increase distance in the weeks to come.
