My first run towards my next Marathon already. Running Life can only go on. One of the many to come. A sad departure from today's LM and looking to the future. This run was just fine. I could have not asked for more and feeling greatful in the light of all recent misgivings. At approximately 4th mile I felt the back telling me "watch out I am still with you". My neck became more rigid and stiff. I know I need more time before I am back to my normal physical state. My body felt strong in terms of running as I did not feel I had missed out in training or fitness which is good. Nothing can really cut me off from my running existence. It is only a matter of time. And although this last week I made the most difficult decision in my running career yet again it proves to be the wiser one for the future to come. So, another positive run just about 1/5 of today's Marathon. I felt pretty comfortable in the body and relaxed with breathing being really good and rhythmical. So, 5th October let it be the beginning of another Era.
