One of the most beautiful sunny days here in Piraeus.
I run to Votsalakia Bay. This was a fairly comfortable and enjoyable run in the dry heat of 25 C.
So beautiful running almost every day. Slight niggling from lower back still persists.
However, it feels so much easier running here in Greece no matter the problems. So far 23 miles this week.
