Notes
Not an easy run. I was tired due to lack of sleep and also I had a very tiring day at work. It is too hot with high humidity levels at the moment. Today I did not like the heat at all. I really suffered today at the Office. So,when I went home although I was not planning to run I had to get out and I guess make the most of it. I needed to run badly. It was just an emotional rather than physical need. I run very slow although it was felt as I did put a lot of effort. It was tough going but kept going. My leg felt numb thereafter and I know I must take good rest now and take a day's break to recover. See how it goes tomorrow. One day at a time.
