Notes

The Best Run so far in terms of quality and with no problems.......CS / Fracture pains/stiffness and/or Cardio. This was a run on the truck.

However, the peculiar thing was that tonight the track was tricky as it was partly frozen and I was almost sliding along. I had to run flat footed and again took a slight risk but watched my step all along. I had good balance and my mind was constantly on the feet and ground. So, I was extremely vigilant to the point that I was prepared should I had a fall how to fall. This is how bad it was.

I did 6 miles because I was so excited that for at least once I had no pain AT ALL. Tonight I also used the Compression Socks and kept my body very warm at all times (good warm clothing and gloves). I felt very comfortable despite my apprehension at times with the icy patches. Who needs the Tread Mill .........I said to myself so many times.

I was so happy even under the freezing rain which made things worse in terms of icing ground.

There was young cyclists and footballers club in the middle of the track. The Adult Coaches could hardly walk on the track. It was actually harder to walk than run.

I felt so happy and relaxed thereafter. There seemed to be serenity, harmony and balance on this run. BEAUTIFUL RUN FROM THE INSIDE. I could have gone on and on.

ONCE AGAIN THIS WAS ANOTHER OPPORTUNITY TO THANK GOD FOR THIS RUN. 60 min of bliss on the move.
