Did 14 X 40 sec at 90% effort with 40 sec recovery.
I worked hard but it felt easy. 4 of the strides were on hilly grounds. It is amazing what two days off running and a good night's sleep can do! -:) I loved this workout & felt FREE! I could have done another 14 but it would be crazy with no purpose too! Experience beats insanity in my case. I have learnt to be sensible so to enjoy running for better and longer.
