Tough workout on the track. The plan was to do 3 mile warm up / 3 mile easy tempo and finish with a couple of miles Warm Down.
For first 3 miles right leg became numb at times losing sensation for sec which was frigthening. Then I kept running and managed to do an easy pace tempo which required a lot of effort. I also did 2 X 200 thereafter before finishing with the warm down.
It was hard workout but felt good having done it. I need to get rid off this numbness on the right leg. Taking a run at a time and make the most of what is on offer. At some point I may be able to re-visit Chiro for some trigger point work. It is great to be able to run but it gets so tough sometimes.
