Notes
I call today's Run, A Miracle Run! Having faith and my running life becomes a miracle. Following a bad Knee strain and having abstained from running for 8 days along with having frozen shoulder issues and tension at the base of my neck (not able to turn my head / neck for 4 days) today I took the plunge as they say and WoW!! Nothing hurt no part of my body showed any discomfort to the slightest. For over 7 days now I have been even struggling to sleep and not knowing how to place my knee during the night. Sleepless nights in a row BUT today I saw the Light of my Running Soul.
Faith and Belief has helped me to overcome this. 5 miles without even the slightest twinge is unbelievable. So, it looks as if my patience along with faith have allowed me to be where I want to be this Sunday... . . . On The Start Line of The Dumfries Half Marathon. THANK YOU GOD for taking care of matters I have not control over. THANK YOU FOR HELPING ME TO HELP OTHERS. I BELIEVE!
So now I am looking forward to run the course against forceful winds and pretty low temperatures as by forecast so far. But no-one knows what the weather will be like on the day. The main thing is to stay safe and fit and the rest is part of the 'game'.
THANK YOU / Παναγιά μου Γιάτρισσα!!! Θα τρέξω κάτω από την φροντίδα σου και με πίστη σε σένα Παναγία μου θα το καταφέρω. -:)
