143 & The Ron Hill Mile goes on. Hoping things will improve. I have reduced distance to minimum and have become sensible to protect both knees and recover. I do not care at the moment for anything else as long as I do the daily mile and recover with time. And time will tell! Times like this one appreciates the little things in Running Life. This I do more than ever. -:)
