A nice Valentines Run with Frankie at Castle Douglas Loch / starting point via Gelston village back to the beautiful Swan Loch. It was a reasonably good run considering all issues. The main thing is, as always, that I ran. We both enjoyed a wonderful sunny day all along ending up with my favourite Fish & Chips and a beautiful scenery. I could have not asked anything more!!!!! We do though need more sun.
