Notes
An overall Medium pace 6 miler with fast running for last 3 miles which made up for the first slower ones.
I worked hard and in a way got it out of my system been back to Scotland after a beautiful break in Greece. I brought the weather with me / clear sunny skies with no clouds and mist. It felt hot today running. Scottish heat is different and one can feel it more due to humidity levels. It is a nice country though and beautiful to see the green fields again.
It is nice to be back and now hopefully things will slowly look up for Franc and I. It is about time that we gradually start to run together again. It has been a long spell now can only go up the way.
Let's hope that this summer will be better than the last and that 2013 be the year of more marathons and running joy.
