Notes

I swam 50 X 25 mt pool lengths alternating 10 Front Crawl to 10 Back Stroke. I felt stronger today in terms of Cardio and endurance but I also put some speed into it. This was a hard workout in 25 min. My leg kick was much stronger and faster than usual. No cramps in the water or other problems. Delighted that for 3rd day now there is no numbness on the right leg. Jan De Vries did a miracle on my body. Who needs NHS?
