Today Jan De Vries diagnosed my problems due to cuboid bone out of place. He manipulated foot and put all back to place.
I did a 4 mile run 4 hours later. CS on it's best today but no numbness. This was not an easy run. I had not felt CS this way on the inner side of the leg in a while. But I know now how to live with CS. I was also being prescribed antiflamantory tablets 4 per day (Alternative).
I can run with CS but not with numbness. But today I had no numbness after he treatment. It was so good meeting with Jan De Vries again after 5 years.
I have trust that All will be fine.
I shall try another easy run tomorrow to further assess how things are going to be. All good so far.
