I am so disappointed as I thought I had put more than 6 miles in this run. It was so dark that I could not read my Garmin screen. It was a freezing night again. I was feeling tired and pushed it. I put much effort in this run. Running is not fun when you are tired. But my body gets going and that is the main thing. I am not 100 % into my recent runs. I feel heavy and inflexible. It must be the freezing weather. I do not like this weather as my muscles take ages to warm up. Anyway I did it while waiting for Evgenia to come from the Swimming Pool. I was waiting in Castle Douglas so to give her a lift home thereafter. I missed the Club workout tonight because family comes first after all. Evgenia called me to asked me to pick her up and how could I live her waiting in the freezing weather? No way!!!!
