A morning 5 miler before work. Luckily I stayed dry today. Tomorrow is another day. The bar is slightly raised to 4 and 5 miles now instead of 3. Happy so far but experiencing some Hallux Rigidus pain now and then when I push up hills or running slightly faster. All good though considering that 7 yrs ago I was heading 'under the knife' but refused to do so. Still running and defying Orthopedics!! -:) Every Step Counts! For this always Grateful to God!
