God certainly keeps an eye on me nowadays. I find hard to believe that tonight I ran without Compartment Syndrome. The fact that I had a break from running due to the virus over the last 7 days obviously has allowed my body to recover and I felt great from step one to the end. I ran with great confidence and my legs were great/no pains or signs of anything. Chest was still a bit heavy but breathing was still strong. I did two loops of the town in street lights as now it is reall dark. The first loop I ran strong but the second I ran fast. What a pleasure to experience running without pain/ackes/tightness or numbness. So, now I intend to have possible two more easy runs and that will be me for THE BIG DAY. God showed me tonight that I have nothing to fear. It was a pure joy indeed my run tonight.
