RED TRACK

Notes

I did a 3 mile warm up and then 6 X 200 with 90% effort with recovery in between and 2 X 400 thereafter finishing with a warm down after 6th mile.

The first 3 miles were very tough. Compartment, tightness on the right leg and gravity were with me all the time. I, many times, considered to give up and wandered what was the point of experiencing so much pain. But I kept running with pain and at 3rd point mile it seemed to ease down a bit and then let me work harder. For some reason it does allow me to work harder but I know that I will pay the price the DAY AFTER. So wait and see. I hope I am wrong on this one.

Anyway it felt great been able again to do a Track workout even against the Odds. So, this is my first track workout in a long time but not the last.
