Fairly cooler today and a bit windy. Really nice and fresh, the way I like it.
However, today has been a tough day regarding work issues and this was an emotionally fortified run manifesting in affecting my breathing. I was so lucky that the Hallux allowed me to run. Sometimes running almost feels life and death situation for me. My medication without a shadow of doubt. I was injected with 6 miles into my blood veins and felt alive again. Hopefully all will go well. I will just have to fight for what mattes and Run....Keep On Running! -:)
