Notes

My qauds felt tight this morning walking around the home but no pain or discofort. I was a bit surprised how quickly body goes our of Zinc. Anyway I decided to run a medium pace medium distance course and did better than I actually expected. In terms of effort I would call this run as a Medium to Fast pace run. The course is mainly hills and not an easy one. Although I normally love hills but at times I feel it takes away from me the chance to test my speed etc... etc.. There is no place here in Dumfries & Galloway where I can find a fairly flat course. I run well up-hills and strong but at times I feel I need at least a two mile length of flat so to adjust body to different type of running and speed. Track is good but it is different going round and round which at times tend to hurt my knees. I run the first 3 miles with my Mind the next 4 with my personality and the last with my heart but sensibly.
