Notes

An easy recovery run today. Arthritic joint was problematic and body felt very heavy and tired for first 3 to 4 miles. It will then became easier. I set off for 2 to 3 mile run after a tiring day at office and am delighted to have done the distance in bliss despite all hurdles.
