Notes
I did 4 X 400 at 85% effort with 400 recovery &
2 X 800 at 80% effort with 800 recovery.
It was wild & wet out there and pretty exposed on the track with a strong wind fhalfald round track but managed a good workout although tired due to lack of sleep last night and tough day at office. Body is not right yet but in a miraculous way allows me to run. I am taking it easy up and until I feel strong and flawless with my running. It will come!
I miss the country hills so much.
