Notes
Pain, pain and more pain! For first two miles screaming on the inside! Then I was able to run more comfortably! To the ones who have no idea what arthritic pain is I would not wish it to anyone. It almost feels as if I have extreme toothache on the foot! I have started already running with the middle of the let foot (pushing) as I am not able to use to forefoot. My lovely Hallux Rigidus in its glory! It is though amazing to me how the body learns and adjusts to accommodate the injured part. I feel like a wounded soldier at all times. It is not an injury though in my case it is a condition which can only get worse. Science has achieved miracles in many other ways of mending the body but not for this one! I just have to run for as long I can and be thankful for it.
