6 strong pace miles following yesterday's 5k race & inspired by lovely Mo Farah in today's London marathon. It makes my skin shivering watching The Marathon.
The weather is gorgeous down here, almost like summer. It is so good getting the sunlight. This run was meant to be easy but when emotions kick in, the body submits. It is good for the soul. Hallux is giving me a hard time but I am surviving because God is present. Believe in God, Believe in Me is the only way now. Remain positive to the day of operation and then take it from there.
