I put this run of approx. 5 miles with a bit of apprehension but it turned out to be just fine. I did an average of 9:10 min mile and after 2nd mile some quick turn overs ( 6 X 40) in 85 % effort. Nothing streneous but wanted to make legs work again whilst at the same time test the grounds. My breathing is not great as cold is till lingering but nothing major. The run went a lot better than had expected to. Hopefully tomorrow will be a day like this without pain and/or feeling the leg getting tight. Today's run was amazing in terms of not feeling tightness. Prior to the run I did some gentel stretching and also after the run I had a bath in Rosemary and Oil massaging the leg for 15 min. It is amazing as this has helped to extend leg muscles and recover much quicker. Blair's advice once again was very ... very helpful. I am very happy so far.
