Just made it to put this short run before darkness. Actually when returned back to town it was pretty dark already for the last 300 yards. I cannot believe how fast this is happening. I just had to go for some oxygen after a tough days work. Feet feel so much stronger in particular the right foot. So, I have not had any tightness whatsoever over my last runs. Whether is the shorter distance or not I will be finding out soon. But with my daily 1/2 hour morning yoga / stretching and sit ups and an extra 10 min exercises for the foot I seem to be coping and maintain flexibility and strength of muscles.
