Notes

From the very first step I felt tired and legs heavy. No CS or other (numbness or pains) just tiredeness. Body has not recovered from Sunday's run but it was a "healthy type" of tiredeness. I took it easy as I had set for an easy run all around my favourite Bruno course. The first couple of miles or 3 to 4 were a bit of a struggle and I was looking forward to the moment of reaching home but as the run went on and about 5th mile I had set to a stronger and comfortable pace with more bouncing/springy movement which was nice. So, I decide instead of doing the 7.7 exactly to extend the loop and do the 9.2. The positive thing is I run a lot better the last miles than the first ones.

I had no music again and I was focusing on Chi Running but I found it extremely tiring to keep body in the right form. It is interesting how tiredeness pulls the body down but when lifting up the body it almost feels as getting a second breath and all becomes so much easier.

I am learning a lot more new things and I am working with my body a lot better than I used to in the past. It is so much more fun and it pays back in terms of performance and enjoyment.
