race went well. i didn`t have a race plan i just ran at an easyish heartrate tried to keep it around 155. i didn`t look at the km splits until about 6 km and then i thought i was running too fast. kept around the same pace until about 24 km and then my pace slowly started to drop.28km to 30km was a little tough mentally. tried to up the pace a little after 35km but my legs just didn`t want to go any faster. Good run and i`m happy with it. maybe if i had trained more i would of been sub 3:30, we`ll see next year. going to try and keep my running up all year.
