warmed up a little indoors

took it easy

at the 1 mile mark the calf tightened up. I stopped and stretchedand was able to continue until about 1.5

I had to stop and stretch again

I was able to finish the run

I had protein right after then motrin as soon as I could

iced it after

I'll have to do the arch or eliptical until it feels better

strenghtening and stretching

the hip felt pretty good after taking it easy this week

hopefully it will continue to get better!!!!!!!
