warmed up in the house
had a hard time getting out the door
used 2 goos
1 at 45 minutes and 1 at 1:30
I did't feel real strong
but I finished up ok.bought 1 water in wakefield
held onto it until it was gone.
it sucked carrying it I should have worn my belt
I walked immediately after
I had a hp ensure and finished the powerade i started before the run
went to the Y after ,bike 20min treadmill 15 min. then a nice easy stretch and a little ab work
iwe'll see how I feel tommorow. I probably won't run until tuesday.
My body deserves a break
