good warm up
this run felt easy
1% incline
after the warm up I reset and got up to just under 8 mph quickly
ramped up over 8 shortly after that then gradually ramped up a little more
but I didn't go up out of my comfort level
at the the last mile I ramped up approx. 1 tenth every tenth of a mile
I felt strong at the finish.
For lunch I had 2 pieces of pizza and a yogurt at 12 noon and tride to drink plenty of water throughout
the day.That something that has been hard to do during the cold weather.
