Very unhappy with race result. Super humid and warm. First mile felt great, after that I just couldn't run fast enough. Effort felt right, but splits were much too slow. I pretty much lost the will to fight by 6.5 miles. I was so far off pace by then that it was hard to keep trying to push.
This makes me never wanna race beyond 5k in warm weather ever again as long as I live. Seriously.
